Blk-Bila-Bong, Liquid Leather, Orange Marmalade

I’ve got a few polishes to show you from one of my favorite brands, China Glaze. We’re gonna take a peak at Blk-Bila-Bong, Orange Marmalade, and Liquid Leather. These three have been out for a while, but some of my favorite polishes that I own have come from older collections. :-)

Each swatch was done with Seche Vite/CND Sticky as my top/base coat combo.

 

Blk-Bila-Bong
Blk-Bila-Bong

Blk-Bila-Bong is a black based polish filled with blue and green glass flecks. This polish is pretty well pigmented and I only needed 2 coats. I actually have a few polishes that fall into this “black w/glass flecks” category and I plan on doing a comparison post in the near future. :-)

Liquid Leather
Liquid Leather

Ahh, Liquid Leather may be my go-to black polish. It may look like a creme, but this is in fact a black jelly finish and I’m totally in love with it. I only needed 2 medium coats, and boy does this baby shine! The finish is so super glossy that I really didn’t even need a top coat!

 

Orange Marmalade

Soooo, I have a confession to make. I am slowly becoming an orange polish fanatic. Who I’m I kidding, I am QUICKLY becoming an orange polish fanatic! This has to be one of my favorites. Orange Marmalade is a beautiful glass-flecked polish that almost looks like it’s glowing from within. I’m finding warm-toned oranges like this one to be really flattering for the summer.

Final Thoughts:

I really love the China Glaze formula. I have a lot of their polishes in my collection and the only one that has given me a hint of an issue was the Crushed Candy crackle polish. If I had to pick 1 out of the 3 featured here I would vote for Orange Marmalade. No major reason other than my obsession with orange polish. ;-)
