Barielle – Blackend Bleu
Happy Friday Everyone!
Today I’ve got a lovely polish by Barielle to share with you, this one is called Blackened Bleu and it is another one from the All Lacquered Up Collection I mentioned a few months back when I showed you all Falling Star.
All swatches shown today are done with Seche Vite top coat and Sally Hansen Nail Quenchers base coat.
Blackened Bleu
Blackened Bleu has a sheer black base that is packed with blue and teal shimmer.
Application on this one was pretty good, though I did need three coats for full coverage.
Here’s a close-up so you can get a good view of all the shimmery goodness inside Blackened Bleu.
Final Thoughts:
I must be drawn to shades like Blackened Bleu because as I was doing my Black ‘n’ Blue Week swatches I came across a few polishes that are quite similar to this one, specifically Blk-Bila-Bong by China Glaze. A comparison post is in the works!
Purchase Info:
Blackened Bleu can be purchased from Barielle’s official website. Retail price is $8.00/ea for a .50 fl oz bottle of polish. Barielle constantly runs a “Buy One, Get One 50% Off” special on their site, and currently they are also taking 20% off storewide (I’m not sure if you can combine the two promos).
