Morning Everyone!

We’ve reached Day 2 of the 31 Day Challenge, and the task at hand is Orange Nails! Orange is one of my absolute favorite colors so I was pretty happy to oblige. :-D I just recently picked up the four Wet n Wild Fantasy Makers polishes from the 2011 collection, and the one that won me over first was Creepy Pumpkin. And since Halloween is right around the corner I just had to use Creepy Pumpkin for my orange nails mani today. :-)

I added a tab at the top of my blog where you can quick reference the daily challenges, that way you won’t have to hunt through my blog in case you missed a day or two. :-) Don’t forget to check out Cris and Sam’s blogs for their Day 2 manis. I can’t wait to see what they’ve come up with! ^_^

Day 2: Orange -- Wet n Wild Fantasy Makers Creepy Pumpkin
Creepy Pumpkin is a beautiful bright orange glass-flecked jelly, and I am absolutely in love with it! :-D It took four good coats of polish to get it this opaque, and there was still the faintest hint of VNL. But you know what? I don’t care. :-P Honestly I think this one should have been called F*cking Gorgeous Pumpkin. ;-)

You can kinda see it from my photos, but the bottle shape on these little guys is to die for (no pun intended). Each polish comes in a petite rectangular shaped bottle and the lid is a tombstone with R.I.P. written across it. I also really dig the reflective lighting on the lettering.

Gratuitous macro shot of Creepy Pumpkin, it almost looks like there’s some gold glitter in there too!

Well that’s it for today’s challenge! I love cute little themes like this, I wish more stores where I live carried Halloween polishes. I’ll see you all tomorrow for Day 3. Same time, same place.
