Ozotic 507 – A Stunning Green Multi-Chrome (swatches/review)
I’ve got another beautiful multi-chrome provided by Katie of Harlow & Co. to share with you today. This time we’re taking a closer look at Ozotic 507. For more info on the Canadian e-tailer you can check out my more detailed review on them (and Ozotic 520) right [HERE].
I used SH Nail Quencher Base Coat/Seche Vite Top Coat for all swatches shown today. Clicking on any of the images will enlarge them to the original size for you.
Ozotic 507 is a splendiferous (I love that word…) multi-chrome. It runs the gambit from a bright, almost metallic, olive green to a bronze/golden green with yellow overtones. Then it completely flips the switch in lower lighting and hits this gorgeous dark forest green, simply beautiful. The first two photos in this set are in direct sunlight, the last photo is from indirect sunlight. Paging Nicole, my multi-chrome and olive green polish lovin’ sister from another life… You need this polish!
Here’s a macro shot from indirect sunlight of the gorgeous deep green. Even in the low lighting you can see the subtle shimmer, I can’t get over how much I love this color. This is 2 coats of Ozotic 507 over black.
Here’s some photos taken in my lightbox of Ozotic 507. This polish reminds me of Chanel Peridot quite a bit, but they are NOT dupes. The bronze color shift in Peridot is a lot more strong that the one in Ozotic 507.
Here’s a great shot of the subtle bronze/golden color shift in Ozotic 507. It’s very slight but I think it’s gorgeous.
And finally another close-up shot. I really have a problem with over-photographing my multi-chromes. Oh darn.
If I had a soul mate nail polish I think it would be Ozotic 507. Application is great as well as dry time. Since it’s a multi-chrome you do get better results with layering it over a darker color. I’ve yet to be disappointed by an Ozotic polish. It’s a great 3-Free company and their products are well worth the price tag! ^_^
Ozotic 507 can be purchased through Harlow & Co. for $17.00 per .5 fl oz bottle of polish. You can also purchase Ozotics from Llarowe, piCture pOlish (Australia based), and OverallBeauty.com. Prices vary ($14AUD to $18USD) and each site has their own shipping & handling charges so please check out their individual policies.
