NOTD: L’Oreal L’Orange & Glitter Gal Marine Blue with Red Angel Stamp RA-106
I was pretty pumped when I happened upon the display of new L’Oreal Colour Riche nail polishes a few weeks back at my Walgreens. I love L’Oreal nail polish but they were always impossible to find where I live since no one seemed to carry them in the stores here. I only grabbed one color just to try out the new line, but I think I’ll be going back for more because the one I grabbed is flippin’ fabulous!
I’ll let the pictures do the rest of my talking for me. 😀
L’Oreal L’Orange & Glitter Gal Marine Blue with RA-106
I ended up choosing L’Oreal L’Orange, a gorgeous bright (but not neon) orange jelly/creme hybrid that was a dream to work with! I used 3 coats to reach the opacity level I liked. I am seriously gaga for this color, and I’m pretty sure I was tweeting like crazy about it as I was swatching it earlier this month. 😛
I decided to experiment with my Glitter Gal holos to see if they would be good for stamping, so I grabbed my Red Angel RA-106 stamp and Marine Blue – a gorgeous medium blue linear holo – and went to town.
Macro shot time! I know it’s a strange color combination but I really like the contrast of the juicy orange against the holographic shine of Marine Blue. It’s fun and funky, me likey. 😀
That’s it for today, have any of you guys had a chance to try the new L’Oreal polishes yet? There’s so many of them I have my eyes on. I spied a yellow, another orange and tons of pretty dark greens and blues. *clasps hands together* Gooooood… GOOoooooood…. 😉
